FROM BALTIMORE From I-95 South, take I-495 West, the right spur at the I-95/I-495 split. Go 9 miles to the Connecticut Ave. exit. After exiting, bear left , then turn left onto Connecticut Ave. South toward Chevy Chase. Go 1.5 miles to East West Hwy., MD Rt. 410. Turn right and head west on East West Hwy. Go 1 mile and we are the in the first cluster of white high-rise office buildings on the left. See "our building" below. OR From the Capital Beltway (I-495) take Wisconsin Ave/Route 355 South. Go past East West Highway/Route 410 (it is one way) and turn left at the next light onto Montgomery Ave. eastbound. Go 3 blocks, get in the left lane, and turn left onto East West Highway. The office is the first large office complex on the left. See "our building" below.

FROM WASHINGTON, DC Take Connecticut Ave. north. Go 1.5 miles past Chevy Chase Circle, staying on Connecticut Ave. Turn left on East West Hwy., MD Rt. 410. Go 1 mile and we are in the first set of white high-rise office buildings on the left. See "our building" below. OR Take Wisconsin Ave north. As you enter the central business area of Bethesda, turn right onto Montgomery Ave.; it is marked "To East West Highway" and "To Route 410" Go 3 blocks, get in the left lane, and turn left onto East West Highway. The building is the first large office complex on the left. See "our building" below.

FROM NORTHERN VIRGINIA Take I-495 toward Rockville/Bethesda. Cross the Potomac River via the American Legion Bridge. Exit at River Road and turn right (east). Go about 2 miles, then turn left on Goldsboro, right onto Bradley Blvd., and left on Wisconsin Ave. Then follow the directions above from Washington via northbound Wisconsin Ave. OR Continue on I-495 and exit at Wisconsin Ave/Route 355 South. You will pass Bethesda Naval Hospital on the left, and NIH on the right. Continue south on Wisconsin Ave., and go past East West Highway/ Route 410 (it is one way). At the next light, turn left onto Montgomery Ave. East. Go 3 blocks, get in the left lane, and turn left onto East West Highway. The office is the first large office complex on the left.

BY METRO Take the Red Line to Bethesda. At the top of the escalator, turn right into the walkway beneath Wisconsin Ave. Then up the next escalator, turn right, and walk east along East West Highway. Our building is 3 blocks away, on your right.

OUR BUILDING We are in the Bethesda Towers, South Building (the middle building of the three), in Suite 204. The driveway entrance is between buildings 4330 and 4350 on the south side of East West Highway. The Bethesda-Chevy Chase High school is directly across the street.

PARKING On site parking is available Monday-Friday in the parking garage underneath the building, at $3.00/hr. or $8/day maximum. We do not validate parking. Park in the green (South) section, and take the elevator to the 2nd floor. Parking is also available in a municipal metered garage, 2 blocks west of the building on Waverly Street. The municipal garage is suggested for those attending weekend seminars as the garage beneath the building is closed. If approaching from Montgomery Ave., turn left onto Waverly at the first light. If approaching from Rt. 410, Waverly is the 2nd light past the building (1 block past McDonald's). Turn left onto Waverly. The entrance to the garage is on both sides of the street. Don't park at McDonald's-you may get towed.
