Screen Actors Guild Arizona Branch Announces Your New Leadership Team

Dear Arizona Branch Members:

On September 22, 2009 Screen Actors Guild announced the election results for the Arizona Branch elections.

Vice President Southern Arizona Steve M. deFrance, Member at Large Southern Arizona George Yonan, current Council Members at Large Marla I. Price and Jonathan Simpson, and current Alternate Council Members Linda Rae Jurgens, Elaine Moe, and Stephen Nathenson along with National Director Steven A. Fried welcome the following newly elected candidates to the Arizona Branch:

Mark DeMichele / President / three-year term
Betsy Beard / Executive Vice President / three-year term
Sharon Friendly / Secretary/Treasurer / three-year term
Nancy Hall / Council Member at Large / three-year term
Amanda Melby / Council Member at Large / three-year term
Burney Starks / Council Member at Large / three-year term
Deborah Lee Hall / Alternate Council Member at Large / three-year term
Justin Kreinbrink / Alternate Council Member at Large / three-year term
Ted Raymond / Alternate Council Member at Large / three-year term

Those members elected as Officers and Council Members at Large are also elected as Alternate National Directors who may be called upon to serve at National Board Meetings when the National Board member from Arizona Branch is unavailable to attend.

The newly elected leaders will assume office on September 25, 2009.
