The motion picture “KITES” is signatory to a Screen Actors Guild Theatrical Agreement.
The signatory company, Happy Hours Productions, Inc. is in default of its Agreement with Screen Actors Guild for failure to make payment of salaries and pension and health contributions to performers.
Therefore Screen Actors Guild members may not provide services on the picture “KITES” until further notice.
