SAG Franchised Talent Agents

No member of Screen Actors Guild may engage, use, or deal through an agent (person or company) for representation in motion pictures unless such agent holds a Screen Actors Guild franchise. This is a primary rule of the Guild. If you are not sure your agent holds a Guild franchise, check with the Guild office. Listed below are the agents currently franchised with Screen Actors Guild.

This is a list of talent agents and agencies franchised by the Screen Actors Guild as of the above mentioned date. The Screen Actors Guild franchise reflects only that the agent or agency is State licensed where required; has provided a surety bond or other security; has submitted recommendations from people in the industry, and has promised to comply with Screen Actors Guild’s rules governing agents and agencies. The granting of a franchise by Screen Actors Guild does not in any manner, directly or indirectly, constitute a guarantee, warranty or representation as to an agent’s ability or quality, or the conduct of the agent toward a performer. The Screen Actors Guild franchise does not indicate whether complaints have been filed with Screen Actors Guild against the agent or agency. Under confidentiality requirements, the Screen Actors Guild franchise does not reflect whether the Guild has initiated any proceeding to discipline or revoke the franchise of the talent agent or agency.
