Trouble Accessing Your Account?

If you signed up for an online account on our previous website, your current Username is the full email address that you registered with previously. For example, if you registered with the email address sample@email.com, you type that full email address in the 'Username' field.

Your Username information is case-sensitive. If during initial registration, your Username was typed in lower-case characters, you must type in that Username in lower-case characters now. If your Username was typed in UPPER-CASE characters, you must type in that Username in UPPER-CASE characters now. If your Username was typed in Mixed-Case (Some UPPER-CASE, some lower-case), you must type in that Username using the exact combination of Mixed-Case text now.

If you have forgotten your password, please send an email to webhelp@sag.org. Once you have received the new password you can reset it to one of your choosing by logging in to the site and clicking the "Edit" button in the My Information box on the home page.
